Recently, a vulnerability known as Heartbleed has come to light in the system used to secure the communication between your web browser and some websites. UCRSI.org is glad to let you know that our website DOES NOT contain this vulnerability, and all of your passwords and information are secure.

60th Annual Regional Science & Engineering Fair: THE RESULTS ARE IN!

 

The 60th Annual Regional Science and Engineering Fair took place Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Millard Oakley STEM Center! Students in the 4th through 12th grades from 16 eligible counties competed in the fair, with over $10,000 in scholarships given away, and over 50 individual awards!

The Millard Oakley STEM Center at Tennessee Tech University has been at the forefront of enhancing STEM education for the region’s students since it opened in 2010. It functions as the 'hub' for UCRSI operations.

WCTE TV

WCTE is the Upper Cumberland's public Television station, broadcasting educational and public-service television since 1978. The only locally originating open-circuit television station within a seventy mile radius of Cookeville, TN, WCTE helps bring STEM education to the homes of the area.

The National Science Teacher's Association

NSTA publishes books and journals for science teachers from kindergarten through college, holds conferences on science education, provides ways for science teachers to connect with one another, and informs Congress and the public on vital questions affecting science literacy and a well-educated workforce.
